Short Description of Vessel: Originally, the Clarel Class heavy destroyer and the Berleos Class light destroyer were going to be developed jointly and would operate in wolf packs together. This idea has since been forgotten, with the Berleos Class destroyer's utility as a stealth warship realized early after it was produced. A tiny vessel by many standards, the Berleos class destroyer has an extremely low sensor profile. To this date, many vessels have a hard time picking up the small vessel on their sensors (especially if the vessel is running in full-stealth mode).

Originally, the Clarel Class heavy destroyer and the Berleos Class light destroyer were going to be developed jointly and would operate in wolf packs together.

The Berleos class, however, never was as famous or as popular as its larger Clarel class counterpart. Although larger orders for the Berleos were still made by the Rosebourg Fleet, the 1600 models of the Berleos class have since been eclipsed by the Clarel-class fleet, whose numbers are triple that of the Berleos. Both ships, however, were designed by the same Rear Admiral, whose since become known as the Neo-Father of Rosebourg Stealth. A significant refit of all Berleos models took place through 2487-2497, in which the ships' internal modules were upgraded to smaller version of the Clarel class destroyers' own.
