Short Description of Vessel: Using the space-frame of the Backra class Light Destroyer, the Farlos has several key modifications. The missiles and torpedo systems have been removed and replaced by anti-fightercraft weaponry. Anti-fighter craft gun batteries are lined up along both sides of the hull, and on the top and bottom. Farlos class ships are meant to support groupings of starships (squadrons, fleets etc.) and to quickly and effectively handle the fighters, freeing the capital ships from fightercraft harassment.
